Each month we will showcase a collection of decor pieces for design inspiration available for you to purchase. Our online shop is a portal that gives you access to the same “to-the-trade” pieces we source for Full Service client projects, and they are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. PURCHASE WHAT YOU LIKE
SideDoor is our fulfillment partner for all of the products you see and they don’t require minimums. They take the order, handle the logistics and offer excellent customer service. They can be contacted directly with questions and concerns about delivery and/or damages via info@onsidedoor.com.

RETURN POLICY
Side Door is not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and arrange for a repair or for the manufacturer to send a new piece(s) by contacting SideDoor directly via info@onsidedoor.com.

SHIPPING
You will receive an email from SideDoor regarding the progress of your order and when your pieces ship. Freight shipping is common with delivery arrangements for larger pieces. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Threshold delivery is available to place the item at the entrance of your home or business. For unpacking, assembly and placement, white glove delivery is also available at checkout.
