The KGI Edit #10

.) It’s summertime, and that means all of us gals are looking for the perfect bathing suit. Something that fits well, flatters, and is cool and different. I discovered the brand KIINI last year and have been smitten ever since. Each piece is crocheted and handmade, truly a work of art. They are a bit pricey, but totally worth saving up for.

.) I’m a bit of a shopaholic, but even more of a sucker for products with beautiful stories behind it - like these earrings by Threads Worldwide. These darling gems are sourced from talented female artisans from around the world. So many styles to choose from, each one cuter than the next - and right now 30% of every sale is being generously donated to the United Way of Milford, who could really use the community’s support. Show some and love and look fabulous at the same time. Click here to buy!

.) I’ve blogged about The Beach People before - I love their vibe and I am a mega fan of all of their products. Towels, bedding, beach gear…everything. They now have a roll-on fragrance oil that is just delightful - grapefruit and ylang ylang. It’s a light infusion and very subtle. And the packaging is the bomb. Inside the bottle are tiny clusters of tiger's eye and quartz crystal. A D O R A B L E.

.) Have you ever heard of Peshtemal? It’s a type of luxury Turkish cotton that is thin and extra-absorbent, and my obsession this summer since they can be made into beach towels, bath towels, light blankets, and table linens. Local business Blue Lily Cotton has a large selection of styles and colors with amazing price points. Check out their website, and if you’d rather see them in person, visit them at the local Milford farmer’s market this Saturday the 4th!
