The KGI Edit #11
1.) I have a thing for unique sculptures. I believe it adds such a beautiful dynamic to any space. One of my favorite “go to” sources for sculptures is UK-based designer Abigail Ahern’s web shop. Her design aesthetic has had an incredible influence on my style, and nobody (in my opinion) can create a layered, textural and moody room quite like her.
This particular piece is her Vigan sculpture. The female form, in all its shapes and sizes, I find to be quite beautiful, and it fits perfectly in my bathroom under the soft glow of a vintage lamp and some botanicals.
Who doesn’t like a pretty view when sitting on the throne? ;)

2.) My gal pal at Sunday Forever is up to again…and this time with slippers. I have blogged about her and her incredible company many times before, highlighting her candles and kimonos. There is nothing she sells that I don’t absolutely adore, and these slippers are no exception. Soft, fluffy, cute and a thick sole…need I say more?
3.) I have always preferred using facial oils over lotions to moisturize my face. I have tried so many different brands that I have lost count. I came across the Australian-based brand SALT by Hendrix recently and have become smitten with their facial Mermaid Oil. It’s light, moisturizes like crazy, gives you a beautiful glow, and has the most intoxicating smell. And doesn’t the name itself just make you want to try it?
4.) I found another AMAZING coffee table book, although I believe this one should be kept on your bedroom side table. It’s called Mr. and Mrs. Smith Presents The World’s Sexiest Bedrooms. This book highlights some of the most seductive, swoon-worthy and jaw-dropping suites from around the world. Think of it as a little eye candy to help you nod off to sleep.
